Within 24 working hours of reviewing your photos, our sculpting team delivers a personalized 360° 3D design proof to your inbox. After you approve, WJP printing and quality inspection complete in 3–5 working days. International delivery then takes approximately 6–9 business days. For any occasion with a specific date, we recommend placing your order at least 2-3 weeks in advance. During peak season (Nov 1 – Dec 31), allow up to 30 days — higher order volume and multiple revision rounds can extend the design stage.
A clear front-facing photo at eye level is all we need to begin. For best accuracy, provide 1–5 photos including a side profile and a full-body shot (for full-body figurines). Natural daylight, no filters, no beauty apps. Everyday smartphone photos work perfectly — no professional camera required. See our Photo Guidelines for tips by figurine type.
Our process combines hand-refinement by our Digital Sculptors with WJP full-color printing at ±0.1mm precision and 1.6 million polygon mesh detail per figurine. You review and approve a full 360° design proof before anything is printed — and request unlimited free refinements until every detail is right.
Yes — unlimited free revisions for refinements based on your original photos. After receiving your 360° 3D design proof, request as many adjustments as needed: facial features, hair, outfit details, accessories, slight pose adjustments. We never begin printing until you give explicit approval. Restarting from scratch, switching to entirely new photos, or completely redesigning the pose after sculpting has begun may require an additional modeling fee, and our team will review it with you before proceeding.
If the physical figurine differs significantly from the 3D design proof you approved — in color, proportion, or detail — we remake and reship it at no cost. No forms, no argument. This is our Design Guarantee. You also have a 7-day protection window after delivery to report any transit damage for an immediate free remake.
